WASHINGTON, DC (June 29, 2021) – Capitol Hill Consulting Group is pleased to announce that Kristina Wilcox has been named Partner and Chief Operating Officer. She has served as Senior Vice President at CHCG since 2015.

We are delighted that she will now use her talents and abilities as the newest partner of our firm, as well as ascend to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Kristina’s dedication and leadership has earned her the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Kristina got her start in the office of Congressman Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) and joined CHCG in 2007 as Legislative Assistant, later serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President. She previously worked for the Congressional Research Service at the United States Library of Congress.

She is Executive Director of the Women’s High-Tech Coalition, a 501c3 not-for-profit that brings together women who work in technology and technology policy. In addition, she is on the boards of the National Democratic Club of Washington, DC, “131 and Counting,” and is active with the DCCC’s Jenkins Hill Society. She has twice been nominated for an Excellence in Advocacy Award by Professional Women in Advocacy. She received her BA from Binghamton University, her MA from Johns Hopkins University, and her PhD from Georgetown University.

Kristina’s practice focuses on representing public and private entities in native affairs, energy, natural resources, trade, financial services, and technology.
