Environment and Agriculture

CHCG helps our clients to navigate environmental regulations and develop solutions pertaining to their unique situations. We work closely with energy sector clients and others to give them opportunities to take advantage of government programs rewarding environmental stewardship. Additionally, our team works with universities to develop opportunities to apply research in new technologies to federal environmental programs. We work with state regulatory associations to ensure that oil and gas producers work in tandem with groundwater regulators rather than against then.

Our work in agriculture ranges from efforts in forestry to the interests of animals. Our team has a long history working successfully with the Senate and House Agriculture and Appropriation Committees, having achieved substantial success in advancing policies that promote economic and environmental benefits for private forest owners on Capitol Hill. Furthermore, we have worked with these committees to provide results for clients with animal-based interests, such as animal husbandry and animal disease research.
