Yujin Lee, Senior Vice President

Yujin Lee joined Capitol Hill Consulting Group as Senior Vice President in 2026. Prior to joining CHCG, she worked for Rep. Rob Menendez (D-NJ) as Chief of Staff. She has worked for four members of the New Jersey congressional delegation. As Rep. Menendez’s Chief of Staff, Yujin helped the Congressman secure a seat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, where he now serves on the Energy, Environment, and Communications and Technology Subcommittees. During her tenure as Chief of Staff, Rep. Menendez also served in Congressional Hispanic Caucus leadership as the Vice Chair of Policy.

Prior to joining Rep. Menendez’s office, Yujin was a member of CVS Health’s federal affairs team, where she helped advance the company’s federal advocacy agenda. She worked extensively on issues related to Medicare Advantage, prescription drug pricing, and Medicaid. While at CVS, Yujin also helped prepare company executives to testify before the House Oversight Committee and coordinated responses to numerous congressional oversight letters.

Previously, Yujin served as then-Rep. Andy Kim’s (D-NJ) first Legislative Director, advising the Congressman on a range of issues, including health care, tax, trade, and matters before the Select Committee on the Coronavirus Crisis. Before joining Rep. Kim’s office, she was a policy advisor to Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-NJ), where she advised the Congresswoman on matters before the House Oversight Committee, as well as labor and trade policy. Yujin began her career as a district-based assistant to Rep. Rush Holt (D-NJ).

She holds a degree in international relations from Lehigh University and serves as a board member of the New Jersey State Society.
